The company has recently purchased 6 hectares in Arad and has a further 5 hectares under option in the city. This land has been acquired to develop a shopping centre called ICE Plaza which will be developed in three phases and is due to open in autumn 2009. ICE is also active in other cities across the country and intends to duplicate the ICE Plaza format in these cities.
